We start first with a consultation to develop a legal plan that fits your business. Then we build a package around that plan that is tailored to support and sustain your business. Our goal is to formulate a legal plan that you know you can afford and that supports the needs of your growing business. Pricing Options

Part Time Legal Counsel

We review your on-going legal needs and develop a flat monthly fee to either allocate a certain number of hours or projects to your business per month. This service includes priority access to our attorney’s and prompt responses to your needs. This option allows you to spread costs over time and realize the value of having an attorney at your disposal.
Project-Based Pricing

This option is for specific project needs. You will receive a proposal that will outline the scope of your project and the associated fees. This method allows you to pick and choose legal services and budget accordingly.

The Entrepreneur’s Business Package

This pricing option is for new entrepreneurs or start-ups.

We have created a number of packages designed to fit the needs of a new entrepreneur or start up. This generally includes company formation, contracts, intellectual property counseling, and a strategic legal plan to move forward.
